By downloading the Scanivo POS installer or purchasing a license key, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. License Grant and Device Constraints

Each license key generated is bound to the activation limit specified on your purchased SaaS plan (e.g. Starter: 1 PC, Professional: 3 PCs). Activating a key on hardware beyond the limits will throw database lock errors.

2. Software Modifications and Reselling

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify the offline SQLite structures, or repackage our desktop client files for commercial redistribution. All source code copyrights are retained by Scanivo

3. Local Valuations Responsibility

As an offline-first system, you are solely responsible for setting automated cloud or physical drive database backup directories. We are not liable for sales logs lost due to hardware drive crashes or virus corruption on your PCs.
