Refund Guidelines

We offer a transparent 15-day free trial on our system prior to purchasing licensing keys. We strongly recommend testing the software with your scanners, receipt layout styles, and thermal printer hardware models during this trial phase.

1. License Key Cancellation

Once a premium subscription license key (Starter / Professional / Enterprise) has been activated online against a physical PC device ID, the transaction becomes non-refundable. Cancellations of recurring monthly plans take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Faulty Calibration Exception

If our support engineers confirm that the software is incompatible with standard ESC/POS hardware setups within 7 days of purchase, and no device activation has occurred, we will process a complete transaction credit adjustment.
